Ground-mount and rooftop arrays from 250 kW to 12 MW, with subscriptions any household on the local utility can join. No panels on your roof required — just a line on your bill that goes down.

Coastal wind

Mid-scale turbines sited where the wind actually is: harbors, headlands, working waterfronts. We model two full years of local wind data before we propose a single tower.

From site walk to switch-on

Four stages, in the order they actually happen. Most projects go from first walk to first kilowatt-hour in 14–22 months.

MO 1–2

Site walk & load study

We walk the land with you, pull twelve months of utility data, and tell you plainly whether a project pencils out. If it doesn't, we say so and you've lost an afternoon.

MO 2–10

Interconnection & permits

The unglamorous middle: utility queue, zoning, coastal commission. We've done it in every shore county from Montauk to Machias, and we handle all of it.

MO 10–18

Build

Local crews wherever we can hire them, one named project manager, and a weekly one-page update written in plain English.

MO 18+

Handover & ownership

The town or co-op takes title on a schedule you choose. We train your people, stay on for monitoring, and then it's yours — revenue, decisions, and all.

Why ownership is the whole point

Most renewable projects in small towns are owned somewhere else. The power is local; the revenue isn't. We structure every project so the town, a co-op, or a community trust holds the asset — and the income stream that comes with it.

That changes the math on everything. A municipally owned 3 MW array isn't a line item, it's a snowplow budget. It's why our projects pass at town meeting.
